Secret Aardvark - Serrabanero

This is one of those things that you start using almost by accident, and then it just sits on the table. At first it feels almost homey, a little tomato-y, a little warm, and then the habanero kicks in and adds just the right amount of life. It's not aggressive and doesn't force you to think about the heat, it more entices you to add a little more.
