Delivery

In the online store pikantno.si we guarantee fast delivery. All orders will be shipped the same or next business day (provided that the goods are in stock). If we do not have any of the ordered items in stock, your shipment will be shipped the same day as we receive the items in stock. Our staff will inform you via email or phone about the stock status and the estimated delivery time and delivery time. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case of special requests, please enter them under “notes” at the bottom of the order.

We deliver the ordered goods to Slovenia via GLS delivery service. The delivery time for Slovenia is usually the next working day from the date of dispatch, but no later than within three working days.

Delivery of goods is currently limited to the territory of Slovenia. Delivery is made to your address, which you provided when registering or ordering. In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will arrange with you for a re-delivery, at no additional cost.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you will also be notified about your order tracking from the GLS delivery service.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at info@pikantno.si and we will help you resolve the issue.

Shipping delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or if it was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
