Terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store pikantno.si have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Obligatory Relationships Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act. The online store pikantno.si (hereinafter also referred to as the “store”) is operated by the company Greenpiece doo, Korytkova ulica 19, Ljubljana, Slovenia, email: info@pikantno.si, registration number: 1554794000, tax number: 18704859, which is also a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also referred to as the seller or pikantno.si).
The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the online store pikantno.si, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between pikantno.si and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). When placing an order, the user is each time specifically reminded of the general terms and conditions and by submitting an order, he confirms his familiarity with them.
The Seller may change the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
User types
Registered users and guests who make a quick purchase without registration have the right to purchase in the pikantno.si online store.
By registering in the online store, the user or buyer becomes a registered user of the online store pikantno.si. When registering, they choose a username and password. Registration is also possible during the purchase process. The username and password of the registered user are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. The registered user can edit their data (e-mail address, password, delivery address, ...) on the “My account” page.
Information accessibility
Pikantno.si undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before he is bound by a contract or offer:
- company information (company name and registered office, registration number, tax number),
- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
- the essential characteristics of the items (including after-sales services and warranties) and the validity period of this information,
- availability of items (every item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
- conditions of delivery of items (as well as the method, place and time of delivery),
- prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs and other charges, and the validity period of this information,
- method of payment and delivery or fulfillment, and the validity period of this information,
- validity period of the offer,
- the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service department.
Item offerings, prices and purchase
Due to the nature of the products and the business itself, the offer and prices in the pikantno.si online store may be updated or changed quite frequently. Product prices in the pikantno.si online store are the same for both registered users and guests of the online store.
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.
The purchase contract between pikantno.si and the buyer is concluded in the online store at the moment when pikantno.si sends the buyer the first email message about the status of his order (with the title: Order accepted / Order in progress). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both pikantno.si and the buyer. The buyer is the person with the data as stated when placing the order. Later changes to the buyer's data are not possible.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, pikantno.si will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
The purchase agreement (i.e. the first email message about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the pikantno.si server for a certain period of time.
Prices apply when paying with the specified payment methods and the specified general terms and conditions.
Item tags
- Item with tag “New” A new item has been added to the pikantno.si offer. It will be displayed with this label for 30 days.
- Item with tag “Sale” It has a reduced price compared to the regular price and is valid until stocks of this item are sold out.
- Item with tag “Currently out of stock” It is currently unavailable. This means it is out of stock.
- Item with tag “Sold out” no longer available. This means that the item will no longer be available.
- Item with tag “We recommend” The pikantno.si sales consultant recommends the purchase due to the characteristics of the item. The recommendation, intended for a wider circle of people, does not take into account the needs and characteristics of an individual buyer, so each buyer must make the purchase decision for themselves and pikantno.si assumes no responsibility for it.
Discounts, promotional coupons, etc. are generally not cumulative. The discount on an individual item and the promotional coupon are cumulative. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment methods
pikantno.si offers the following payment methods:
- via Apple Pay or Google Pay app
- via online payment with a debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
- by cash or payment/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro) upon pickup
Purchase notification process
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Pikantno.si reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. Registered users have access to information about the status and content of the order in the pikantno.si online store for a certain period of time. Pikantno.si may call the buyer on their contact phone number to verify the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that when completing the purchase, the company name and company tax number must be entered. The payment options are also the same.
Once the order is completed and shipped, the buyer receives a notification via email.
Discount coupon
The discount coupon brings various benefits when purchasing through the pikantno.si online store and is time-limited. You can find the active discount coupon on the pikantno.si online store home page, on the individual department page, in our e-newsletter or in other media.
Issuance of invoice
Pikantno.si also sends the buyer an invoice along with the items. The invoice details the price, tax, and all costs related to the purchase.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoice data before placing an order. The seller cannot take into account any objections made later regarding the correctness of the invoices issued.
Delivery
The online store pikantno.si guarantees fast delivery. All orders will be shipped the same or next business day (provided that the goods are in stock). If we do not have any of the ordered items in stock, the shipment will be shipped the same day as we receive the items in stock. In this case, our staff will notify the buyer via email or phone about the stock status and the estimated delivery time and delivery time. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In the event of special requests, they must be entered under “notes” at the bottom of the order.
Ordered goods are delivered to Slovenia via GLS delivery service. Delivery time for Slovenia is usually the next working day from the date of dispatch, but no later than within three working days. On the day of delivery, the GLS delivery service will notify the buyer of the arrival of the shipment via SMS and/or email.
Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of Slovenia. Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer when registering or ordering. In the event that the buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will agree with him on re-delivery, at no additional cost.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the items that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state a reason for his decision. The deadline begins one day after the date of receipt of the items. The consumer shall notify the seller of the withdrawal from the contract to the following e-mail address: info@pikantno.si.
The product is eligible for a return only if it is in the same condition as you received it. Unused, unopened, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also include the invoice or other proof of purchase.
If the consumer withdraws from this contract, pikantno.si shall reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer receives the notification of withdrawal from this contract. Pikantno.si shall make such reimbursement by transfer to the consumer's bank account, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event shall the consumer incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. Pikantno.si may withhold payment until it has received the returned item or until the consumer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

Without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the consumer communicated his withdrawal from the contract. The deadline shall be met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
Our determination of the diminished value of the item or loss of the right to withdraw from the contract
In order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the consumer must handle and examine it with all due care and in the manner that he would normally do in a physical store. If the consumer handles or examines the item in any other way, this may reduce its value or even the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract. In the event of a decrease in the value of the item, we will reduce the refund amount accordingly. Any decrease in the value of the item is determined on a case-by-case basis.
The consumer may open the packaging and carefully check the color, shape and dimensions of the item. However, the packaging must not be damaged when opening. If the packaging is damaged, the consumer can expect that the value of the item will be considered to be reduced. The consumer may not use the items without hindrance until the withdrawal from the contract. Testing the item that does not comply with the above is considered to be use of the item, which means the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract. The consumer may not open items containing liquid if he wishes to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. We point out that the consumer is responsible for damage that occurs to the item while the item is in the consumer's possession and until the moment the consumer returns it to us.
Return of damaged shipment
In the event of visible damage to the shipment, a complaint must be made to the seller or delivery service immediately upon receipt of the shipment. The buyer is not obliged to accept such a shipment and may refuse it.
If the package is physically damaged, missing contents, shows signs of opening, or the items in the package are damaged, but the buyer still accepts the package, the buyer must then initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service or seller. If you suspect that the damage occurred during delivery and was caused by the delivery service, do this by bringing the package to their nearest branch in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything) and filling out a report on the damaged shipment. The seller or delivery service will then arrange for the matter to be settled. The seller will agree on an appropriate solution with the buyer; in the event of damage that is acceptable to the buyer and the buyer would like to keep such a product, the provider may issue a financial credit for the assessment of the damage, but if the damage is too great and unacceptable to the buyer, the buyer has the right to replace the product. Together with the delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
We recommend that the buyer inspect the package and check the contents in the presence of the delivery person before receiving it.
Complaint
The buyer may make a complaint about an item if the item does not have the properties that the seller expressly promised, if the seller sent the wrong item, in the wrong quantity, version or otherwise deviates from the buyer's order. The buyer may return the item for a complaint by first notifying us within 8 days to our e-mail address, and then returning it (unopened, in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in the same quantity) by mail to our company address (Greenpiece doo, Korytkova ulica 19, Ljubljana, Slovenia). If the buyer wants to return the item at our expense, this must be agreed with us in advance.
We do not accept shipments with a ransom unless we have explicitly agreed this with the buyer!
Security
Pikantno.si uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments. For these purposes, Pikantno.si uses a 128-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
Protection of personal data
Pikantno.si is committed to the permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the Act Implementing the General Data Protection Regulation.
The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online merchant with his personal data in a correct and truthful form, and is also obliged to inform the online merchant of any changes to his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.
Communication
The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this. Advertising emails will contain the following components:
- they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
- the sender will be clearly visible,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
- The method of opting out of receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
- The provider will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.
Legal notice
The online store www.pikantno.si and all content and data published on it (texts, images, graphic and video elements) are protected by the Copyright Act and may not be copied, published, transferred or distributed in any other way. The trademark and logo are owned by Greenpiece doo
Limitation of liability
The provider does its best to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item. The characteristics of the items may differ to a lesser extent from the stated, both the technical data and the content of the included equipment in the item (in the case of items with additional equipment, this may differ from the stated in terms of both quantity and properties). These deviations are not subject to complaint. Although the provider tries to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaints handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@pikantno.si. The complaint handling procedure is confidential. The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer of how long it will take to handle it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Greenpiece doo, which as a provider of goods and services enables online commerce in Croatia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE .
The aforementioned regulation stems from the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
As a buyer, you undertake to be familiar with the terms and conditions offered by the pikantno.si store and to fully accept the terms and conditions.
