Verde is a bit of a special case, very non-serious, in a good way. The heat is medium and comes pretty straight-forward, and the flavor immediately goes in a greener, fresher direction. The tomatillo and green chiles create a light, almost lively vibe, without making things sour or spicy. It's all lighter than Rojo or Barbacoa, but still strong enough to let you know it's a Los Calientes line. Great for tortillas, eggs, or anything where you want a fresh flavor and good heat without the weight.
