A sauce where the fruit really takes the lead. The blueberries come first, slightly sweet, a little sour, then the habanero nicely rounds out the flavor and adds a warmth that doesn't overpower the flavor. It's not overly sweet, more of a marmalade vibe that pairs surprisingly well with chili. It works really well on poultry, cheeses, or even a burger, where it adds that "wow, it actually goes well" moment. Very easy to like.
