
This one goes in a completely different direction. The horseradish hits right away, clean and direct, and the heat of the chili comes later. It's all sharp, fresh and very "wake-up" type, without being sweetened or softened. This is not a sauce you put everywhere, but the one you reach for when you want something really spicy. Brutally good on beef, sandwiches or with roasted meat.
