Royal Bourbon has that dark character where you can immediately smell that the flavor is going to be multi-layered. Chocolate Habanero with dates and bourbon whiskey makes for a rich sweet-savory profile, while cocoa and spices add a bit of a spicy-oriental note. The heat is already quite serious, but it's nicely balanced. This is a sauce for steaks, ribs, stews, but also for the Bloody Mary vibe, if that's your scene.
