Pohorc chili - Wild

The flavor is pretty straightforward, with no fruity or sweet detours, all focused on the Carolina Reaper chilies and that raw kick that remains. It's not a sauce you'd slather on over a plate, more of a sauce you'd pour drop by drop because it takes over quickly. It works best in chili, stews, or heartier dishes where you need a serious punch and don't want to compromise. Definitely not for beginners, but if you're looking for something that will really test you, this is it.
